Lea Wolfinger, Senior Vice President

Lea joined Michael E. Marion & Associates in January 2026 as a Senior Vice President responsible for a broad range of research, candidate development and recruitment, project execution and client management.  Lea brings more than 25 years of executive recruiting experience, with over 18 years focused exclusively on the life sciences industry with another boutique search firm.  She has a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and placing senior leaders and C-suite executives across a wide range of therapeutic areas, supporting organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and transition.

Lea excels at identifying, engaging, and connecting with top-tier candidates in competitive and specialized markets. Her consultative approach allows her to deeply understand each client’s scientific focus, corporate culture, and strategic objectives, enabling her to deliver candidates who are not only highly qualified but also aligned with long-term business goals.  In addition to her recruiting work, Lea collaborates closely with the partners to support business development initiatives and strengthen long-standing client relationships. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and disciplined execution make her a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. A true self-starter, Lea consistently brings energy, focus, and accountability to every search and project she undertakes.

Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Lea holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Logistics from Penn State University.  Outside of her professional life, Lea enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending live music events, staying physically fit, and relaxing with her dog, Bailey.
