Dan Charlebois, Vice President

Dan Charlebois brings over three decades of recruiting expertise across diverse industries, including healthcare, medical devices, and consumer goods to Michael E. Marion & Associates.  His track record includes steering successful recruitment campaigns for C-Suite and V-Suite executives.

Before joining MEM, Dan held the position of Executive Search Leader at BD, a prominent $19 billion Medical Device company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, NJ.  Upon his arrival in 2015, he successfully launched the establishment of an Executive Search function, fostering its growth to a team of seven, comprising recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.

In 2007, Dan joined Novartis Consumer Health, based in Parsippany, NJ, where he served as the primary R&D recruiter overseeing all non-commercial roles.  His impact extended across all functions within that space, and he began his Executive Search career by leading searches within the C-Suite of this division.

Earlier in his career, Dan spent two years at Masterfoods, Inc, a division of Mars International headquartered in Hackettstown, NJ, as a full-lifecycle recruiter with a specialty in R&D. 

Dan's academic background is equally impressive, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in French/Education from Potsdam College and a Master of Arts degree from Middlebury College, majoring in Linguistics.  His wealth of experience and strategic leadership positions him as a valuable asset to Marion & Associates.
