The
firm was founded by Michael E. Marion in 1989. Mr. Marion began his
career at General Foods Corporation and developed expertise in
Marketing management. He then held Marketing assignments at the
Pharmacraft Division of Pennwalt, the Warner-Lambert Company and
Schering-Plough Corporation. At Warner-Lambert he was responsible for
the marketing of HBA brands and at Schering-Plough for several of the
company's ethical OTC's and prescription drugs.
Mr. Marion then joined the executive search industry at Haley
Associates in New York City where he served client companies in the
healthcare, financial services and consumer product arenas.
He is assisted by fifteen other professional and administrative
colleagues who form the MEMA team. Most of the firm's professional
colleagues have backgrounds within the healthcare or consumer products
industry and bring this experience to bear on each search assignment. |
