Fee and Billing/Guarantee
Michael E. Marion & Associates, Inc.'s fee for services is
thirty-three and one-third percent of the first year's compensation,
plus out-of-pocket expenses. The firm believes that quality and value
go hand-in-hand and treats its clients' expenses as if they were its
own.
The firm's work is unconditionally guaranteed, and candidates will be
replaced, for no additional fee, should they leave within a six month
period. Interestingly, since the firm's inception, it has never been
necessary to fulfill this guarantee for any of its clients. |
